Enable/disable scripting in internet explorer for websites that run in IE

1, Go to Internet Options> Security> (select) Internet Zone> (click) Default Level.

2. Or, Internet Options> Security> (select) Internet Zone> Custom> Scripting>Active scripting> Enable.

3. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). – try to open the survey monkey link in the page with no add-ons. If it’s all ok, check one by one the add-ons already installed
